Human Resources and Development

1. Building On Succes I

BOS I is one of the activities that must be followed by new members where the work program of the Human Resources Development Department aims to print candidates of LC management who will run the organization. The participants are IAASer or students who have attended the initial cadre of IAAS Orientation Program (IOP) XXII. In BOS I activities, the participants will be provided with knowledge of IAAS in more depth, organizational management, details about IAAS in detail for prospective management and other materials that will be very useful for IAASer, so that this activity is expected to contribute fully in IAAS through Plotting departments to prepare for the performance of new members and to produce qualified and forward-looking management candidates.

 

 

2. Family Day

Family Day is one of the activities of HRD Department to fulfill the scope of HRD maintenance which hope can increase the bond among IAAS members and boost all the potential of each member so that IAAS in the future can be more advanced in facing the increasingly strong global challenge. With the existence of Family Day activities, it is expected to bring IAAS stepped forward with various achievements and glories because with a variety of characters that is precisely a variety of abilities well explored and running in synergy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Coaching Clinic

Coaching Clinic is a seminar and / or workshop activity aimed at exploring and hone the potential of IAASer, so that IAASer in the future can be more advanced in facing the increasingly strong global challenge. The variety of characters and potentials capable of bringing certain organizations, especially IAAS, can move far ahead with various achievements and glories. The purpose of Coaching Clinic is also to know the ability and talent that is owned and can use it optimally, to support themselves while doing activities at IAAS. For that, held coaching clinic activities to develop student potential further and prepare students to face the increasingly strong global challenge, especially in the world of work later.

 

 

4. Open Recruitment

Open Recruitment is included in the series of finding and recruiting activities at IAAS conducted annually and in the form of series from the end of september to mid november. In the implementation of the targeted number of applicants to reach 500 people who will be selected until elected to 120 people. The purpose of Open Recruitment itself is to be able to regenerate resources from outside IAAS. Open Recruitment itself will have several stages. Starting from finding the new member, plotting member, doing project and presentation, up to 120 new members of IAAS are set up.

5. IAAS Orientation Program

The IOP (IAAS Orientation Program) is one of the work programs of the Human Resources Development Department which aims to provide a deeper knowledge of the IAAS, both IAAS LC UB, IAAS Indonesia, to IAAS World and increase the number of members as the new regeneration of the IAAS organization. In IOP activities, the participants will be provided with knowledge of IAAS in general and organizational management, as well as other materials that will be very useful for them, so that this activity is expected to produce a quality generation and oriented forward.
